I think they look wonderful. They look smooth and glossy like little Crabapple candies. Forbidden candies!! Haha.

I'll take better photos when these arrive at my door at the end of the month. But for now, enjoy these photos. 🦀

Hi all! Here's a brief update for you.

I am still waiting on the pins to complete production. I was given a few photos of them mid-production, which were interesting to see. They still need to be sanded and plated so the line work is black like in my art.

I was told they will be ready sometime this week, so keep your eyes peeled for a second update very soon!

Here's an update that explains the next steps in the process, and some fun data points. :)

The Crab as Crab Crabapple pin was the clear winner of the post-campaign pre-order shop! Additionally, there will be some available after the campaign for purchases.

The pre-order designs that did not make the goal have been deleted, and if you ordered any, removed from your orders.

I've spent most of my day cleaning up files, organizing them in prep for my manufacturer to issue me the final quote. I will be ordering a total of 840 Crabapple enamel pins. That's crazy!

The most popular pin of our campaign is Stabby Crabby, with 72 pins ordered!

The next most popular pin is Bubblin'Mad, with 55 pins ordered!

The third post popular pin is Why., with 48 pins ordered.

And finally, although I love them dearly, the least popular pin is a tie between Spa Day Crabby and Surfin' :'( Each one was only added to surveys 26 times.

The US is... uhhhh... kinda crazy right now with tariffs one day, and gone the next. I'm unsure if I will stick with the original plan, or have all the pins shipped here to my home in Spain to avoid a potentially whopping 72% tariff on enamel pins that none of us Pintopia creators planned for (I budgeted for 35% at the most). ;_;

I will have to play it by ear, and of course I will keep you updated with whatever I decide!

Hello! here's a small update from me concerning the pre-order shop, surveys and next steps. Read on for more deets!

The Pre-Order Shop closes in a little over 5 days, on March 31st! Wow time flies.

If you are on the fence about a certain design, please keep in mind that after the pre-order shop closes a single pin will go from $14 to $16 each on my webshop (a $4 increase from the campaign price of $12).

Now is the next-best time to grab the crabs you want. You can change your order any time before the cut off date by going back to your survey. Again, the Pre-Order Shop closes on March 31st!
